Key components of our business include:

Production:
Motion Pictures. Our strategic plan is to produce approximately three motion pictures annually. These films will be released directly to home video and cable television through our sales department. We maintain a disciplined approach to film production, which enables us to produce compelling, commercially viable films. We distribute these films to ancillary markets both domestically and internationally. Production budgets for our films intended for direct to video release generally ranged between $250 thousand and $500,000 thousand dollars. By signing the legendary independent film producers Ferd and Beverly Sebastian to a 10 picture consulting agreement and contracting to distribute their seven picture film library we feel we have the foundation in place to carry on their great tradition in low budget film making.

Television and Animation:
We have currently acquired the World Wide options rights on “The Asphalt Avenger” (children’s TV series) and are seeking production partners in countries around the world.

Video Game Licensing:
We are currently working on licensing a Gator Bait video game to enter the market shortly after the Gator Bait III release in early 2005

Distribution:
Home Entertainment. We distribute our library of seven titles directly to retailers, video rental stores and pay and free television channels and indirectly to international markets on a license basis through third parties. In addition to our direct to video productions, we are seeking to acquire additional films for our library each year. Our film video library includes such films as Gator Bait, Delta Fox, Flash & the Firecat, The Hitchhikers ,Bloody Friday, Captain Midnight, Rocktober Blood,
