Our Business:
Panama Films Inc.. is an independent producer and distributor of film and television entertainment content. We typically produce and distribute films that are completed and marketed using much smaller budgets than those of major studios. We believe that by signing the legendary independent film producers Ferd and Beverly Sebastian to a 3 picture exclusive executive production agreement and acquiring the rights to distribute their seven picture classic B film library that Panama Films has put the foundation in place to carry on their great tradition in low budget film making. The Sebastian’s track record of producing and distributing independent box office winning and commercially successful films, has been evidenced in the 1960’s, 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990, and is now carried on with their son Ben Sebastian, who we have signed to produce Gator Bait III. We believe that the box office success of the Sebastian’s independent films that were produced and marketed with relatively modest budgets, validate our approach to the motion picture business. Our first Panama Films production will be Gator Bait III the final episode in the Gator Bait trilogy. We feel that with the success of Gator Bait and Gator bait II that Gator Bait III has a built in world wide audience fan base. None of the Gator Bait movies have been released on DVD. With this in mind our release strategy will be to package Gator Bait , Gator Bait II & Gator Bait III together in a 5 package combo to significantly raise our 2004 video and DVD sales.

Our business is relatively diversified for a small independent studio. We have a home entertainment library of seven motion picture and television program titles. We generate recurring revenues through the distribution of our library directly to retailers, video rental stores, pay and free television channels domestically and indirectly to international markets on a license basis paid directly by the licensor. We believe that by having control of our own sales force helps to minimize some of the risks typically associated with independent film production and distribution by not having to wait for third party payments and being able to control our cash flow
