Karen Albert, president of Albert & Company International, is a recognized expert on executive education and management development worldwide, with more than 20 years of experience. She has designed programs in the United States, Europe, and Asia and developed education strategies and projects for Fortune 500 companies operating around the world. Karen’s areas of expertise are training, program development and evaluation, career planning, and customized guides and seminars. Her clients of record include AT&T, Agilent Technologies, Bank of America, Chevron, Coca-Cola, Eastman Kodak, EDS, Hewlett-Packard, Hong Kong Government, IBM, Intel, Medtronic, and Merck & Company.

Before founding Albert & Company International, Karen held positions with United Technologies, United Airlines, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Wells Fargo Bank.

SUCCESSION PLANNING Created MIDAS (Management Identification and Development Assessment System). Identified high potential employees, key positions, and back-up candidates to ensure the orderly replacement of key managers. Directed corporate/international staffing and executive continuity development systems.

EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT Designed and evaluated company-wide executive and management education strategies and programs. Published Executive Development Programs catalogs.

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP Directed human resources planning, management development, professional and technical training. Counseled managers on implementing change and organizational/staff development.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT Selected, delivered and evaluated education programs to meet corporation’s current and future needs. Programs included executive/management development, diversity, change management, marketing, quality, stress management, professional women’s seminar, presentation skills, counseling and interviewing, business management, and management assessment and selection.
